About Us IBSSL International Business Startup Services Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in Cyprus under registration number HE 377797, with its registered office at 7, Pentageias, Dali Industrial Area, 2540, Cyprus, operates the website ianrok.com (the "Site").
We are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your personal data when you visit our Site, purchase our digital products, subscribe to our services, or otherwise interact with us. It also tells you about your privacy rights and how the law protects you.
Legal Framework This policy is provided in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR") and the applicable Cypriot data protection legislation implementing the GDPR.
For the purpose of data protection laws, the data controller is: IBSSL International Business Startup Services Ltd. Registered Office: 7, Pentageias, Dali Industrial Area, 2540, Cyprus. Email: neuroroles@ianrok.com
We may collect, use, store, and transfer different kinds of personal data about you, which we have grouped together as follows: - Identity Data — First name, maiden name, last name, username or similar identifier, title. - Contact Data — Billing address, delivery address, email address, telephone numbers. - Financial Data — Payment card details (processed via Stripe - we do not store full card details on our servers). - Transaction Data — Details about payments and products/services purchased. - Technical Data — IP address, browser type/version, time zone, operating system, etc. - Profile Data — Purchases, interests, preferences, feedback, survey responses. - Usage Data — How you use our Site, products, and services. - Marketing Data — Preferences in receiving marketing communications.
When you take the signal test at ianrok.com, buy the book or join the club, we process the following: - Your first name and email address — only if you choose to send the form after your short result. - Your test result — your main signal and, where it applies, a second signal; your answers to the 15 questions; and your answers to three short questions about how you are doing right now (sleep, load, stress). These three answers only adjust the wording of your read. They are not a diagnosis and are not used for any other purpose. - Where you came from (source) — for example YouTube, TikTok or Instagram, taken from the link you clicked. - Your email consent — whether you ticked the box for the 5-day signal check, the exact wording you agreed to, and when. - Purchase data — what you bought, the amount and the date. Card details are entered on the payment processor's form and never reach us.
Why: to show you your result, send you your full read, give you access to what you bought, and — only if you ticked the box — send you the 5-day email series. Legal basis: taking the steps you asked for (contract) and, for marketing emails, your consent, which you can withdraw at any time with the unsubscribe link in every email.
Who processes it for us: - JustClick (justclick.io) — our website, email platform, checkout and member area. - Stripe and PayPal — payment processing. - Airtable — secure storage of test submissions. - Meta Platforms (Meta Pixel) — measures which posts bring people to the site and shows our posts to people like you. It loads only if you choose "Accept all" in the cookie banner. See our Cookie Policy.
