If the book doesn't describe you, write to us within 30 days of purchase at neuroroles@ianrok.com and we'll refund it. No form to fill in, no reason needed.
The club is billed every 4 weeks. You can cancel at any time by contacting neuroroles@ianrok.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until that date. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law.
Purchases and Payments All purchases made through our Site are processed by third-party payment processors, such as Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to their terms and conditions. All prices are listed in the currency indicated on the checkout page and are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at any time for reasons including but not limited to product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
